What’s the current “ice out” situation on Little Red? Does anyone have a current photo they can post? (Can you tell I’m anxious to get over to the island??) Thanks in advance!

Thanks to everyone who has been emailing me with “ice out” updates!
Shirley tells me the ice is almost all gone (needs 1 or 2 more days) — and that she’s been keeping track of the ice-out dates for the past 10 years … with this year being the longest the ice has hung around. (Shirley’s records indicate April 24th was the previous record.)
I’ll continue thinking warm thoughts to help things along.
