RLCA Signs:
Anyone who still has old RLCA signs is encouraged to obtain new ones. Each paid up member is entitled to two signs. Please contact me to arrange for pick-up.

Membership Status:
Our policy is to maintain our members’ database according to dues paid in the last two calendar years. Any member whose payments lapse for two years will be flagged as inactive and will therefore be deleted from our communications list.

Membership & Email Addresses:
We ask that as your contact information changes, you provide us with full updated demographic information. In an effort to cut costs, we are currently contacting over 80% of our members through email. However, email address changes and send failures continue to be a major concern. Some of these are the result of members mailboxes being full, having changed email addresses and not notifying us, or not providing the email address correctly in the first place. Please be sure when supplying us with this information that careful attention is paid to periods, dashes, underscores and other symbols often contained in your email address as this is where many addresses fail.

911 Addresses:
As mentioned previously, be sure to compare your new 911 address number to the current Bell directory as there are numerous examples where the Bell number doesn’t match those provided by you. This could pose a risk in the event of an emergency.

The success of our association depends entirely upon everyone’s annual participation. If you have new lake neighbours who aren’t yet aware of the RLCA, please encourage them to join!
