The Board of Directors has decided that the RLCA will no longer supply and maintain three fire pumps. We are holding an auction to allow members to have the first opportunity to purchase the pumps.

Auction Details

• We will auction the three pumps one at a time.
• We will allow three weeks for each auction.
• The Reserve Price is $500 for each pump.
• All bids will be published here as they are received.
• The closing date for bids on Pump 1 is Friday, August 22, 2008 at 12:00 Noon Eastern Daylight Time.
• The closing date for bids on Pump 2 is Tuesday, September 30, 2008 at 12:00 Noon Eastern Daylight Time.
• The closing date for bids on Pump 3 is Friday, October 24, 2008 at 12:00 Noon Eastern Daylight Time.

Pump 3 Auction Details

• Bids on Pump 3 will close on Friday, October 24, 2008 at 12:00 Noon Eastern Daylight Time.
• Pump 3 may be viewed by appointment with Judy Ward, 1091 Tarpaper Trail, Oshawa Bay off County Rd. 7, Tel: 705-754-2068.

Pump Specifications

• Each unit includes the pump, motor, hose, and enclosure, all as shown in the photos below.
• There are three identical pumps (please see photos of one of them below). The pumps were purchased 7-8 years ago for approximately $1,200 each. They have been serviced every year.
• All three pumps are identical.
• Manufacturer: Kubota – both pump and motor
• Kubota Motor: Model # GH170-1, Single cylinder – 4 cycles – unleaded gas – air cooled – OH Valve
• Kubota Pump: Model # KVP20S, Maximum Capacity – 400 L/min., 50 mm diameter
